HISTORY
Open since June, 2005 we are excited to be in business. With over 40 years experience in tool and die making, injection molding, and custom manufacturing Ziggy has finally broken out on his own. In the past, Ziggy has been on the cutting edge of medical device technology improvements, redesigning and modifying tools and fixtures for the pacemaker, the artificial kidney and catheter products.
PRESENT & FUTURE
Ziggy is currently redesigning and modifying tools for dermatology research and neuroscience laboratories. One of our specialties is creating better designs for prototyping medical device components. We cater to, but are not limited to, the medical device industry, university labs, and research and development facilities.
We excel at manufacturing custom components with small diameter hypodermic tubing and wire, custom cut-to-length, deburr and ultrasonic cleaning of specified lengths within +/-0.005".
If you have a need, just send us a drawing or dimensions, and we will quote on the job. If we do not yet have the capabilities to manufacture something for you, we will make every effort to connect you with someone who can. We are looking forward to contributing to the needs of current and future engineers and inventors.
