304V Stainless Steel Wire
304V Stainless Steel Wire is Spring Tempered and Diamond drawn to a highly polished appearance.
The austenitic stainless steel is initially electric-arc melted, then as a refinement to the purity and homogeneity of the metal it is vacuum arc re-melted. This process yields a more uniform chemistry with minimal voids and contamination.
It is most popular for medical applications and used for dental wire, stylets, guide wires, catheter wires and as clean out rods for hypodermic tubing.

316V Stainless Steel Wire
316V Stainless Steel Wire has many similar attributes of 304 stainless steel, but its corrosion resistance is much higher due to the addition of molybdenum. It is particular useful when working with phosphoric and acetic acids.

17-7PH Condition 900 Stainless Steel Spring Wire
17-7PH Condition 900 Stainless Steel Spring Wire is a precipitation-hardened spring tempered wire. The wire is cold drawn to Condition C and than aged at 900 degree F (482 degree C) for one hour to condition CH900. The wire is supplied in straight lengths with a clean and bright finish. Its elastic properties make them an excellent tool for reforming into springs or special shapes. 17-7PH has excellent fatigue properties and its distortion during heat-treating is minimal.
